This program aims to create a meaningful and mutually beneficial mentoring relationships between professionals and students. Through the program, students learn about various career paths and professional fields and enhance their personal and professional networks, while mentors experience the satisfaction of guiding the next generation of supply chain and operations management professionals. Mentoring pairs are encouraged to discuss topics such as major exploration, internship or career planning, leadership development, or the college-to-career transition.
